Patient Access
Consultations are by appointment with both doctors and nurses and can be booked over the telephone or in person at reception during opening hours. We aim to provide a routine appointment within 48 hours, 7 days and 4 weeks in advance.
However emergency appointments are always available. Patients can phone the surgery from 08:00 every morning to make an appointment. There are urgent appointments available in the morning and afternoon. We also offer telephone appointments with the doctors on all days. Patients can pre-book an appointment up to 4 weeks ahead. The surgery also has online access to book appointment online.
You can also book GP and nurse appointments 6.30-8.00pm Monday-Friday and 8.00am-8.00pm at weekends at the following Hub centres:

Nurses
In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with Dressings, Holiday Vaccinations, Children’s Vaccinations, General Health Advice, Cervical Smears, Family Planning and Annual reviews for patients with Asthma, COPD and Diabetes. Ring the surgery for an appointment.
Interpreter
If you require an Interpreter we will arrange one for you. Patients are advised that children will not be allowed to interpret for their parents.
Telephone Advice
If you need to speak to a doctor please call and request a telephone consultation. The doctor will respond to calls after surgery.
